The SA, Hendrix Hoong has been very helpful and polite all the way, from first walk in wearing flip flops, to applying my car loan, to trading in my car, to paying deposit and downpayment. As a first time UDM buyer, and first time buying a car >300k, i asked tons of silly questions and was rather insecure about the whole idea of buying a BMW but all questions was dealt with properly and professionally. No sly remarks like those i received from AB, or other car dealers. As i was about to be sent offshore soon at that time, the SA went out of his way to expedite the loan application process and worked out lots of technicalities to enable me to deal with the paperwork even when i was not in the country.Unfortunately, i had to cancel my order at the last minute due to reasons too long to discuss here but even that, he was very professional and courteous when returning my deposit and car trade in money. Impressive would be an understatement here. That SA is highly recommended.</blockquote>
