Normally m sport version would include these

M steering
M seats
M bumpers
M spoiler
M suspension
M anti roll bar
M wheels
M door sills
Shadowline (black) window trims
Black roof lining and accessories

The other stuffs you mentioned, like the aluminium trims, memory seats, blind etc are optional equipment items and can be had on both the M sport and Lifestyle models. In countries like UK the first owners specified for these stuffs when ordering the car, so every car is different. In Malaysia its already configured for you so there's not much choice to be had.

Aluminium Glacier interior trim - at least for my 320i MSport.
Le mans blue is only available for MSport but I dont think we have it in Malaysia.

Visit www.bmw.co.uk and you can play around with its 'car configurator' .. pick lowest priced car and you can add almost everything, including msport spec..
my point is, if you would like to list down all the differences, it is going to be extensive..
