MRT Accident (BMW)

Hope the driver (& passengers) are ok. Just saw this on FB, no details except that it's related to MRT. Possibly happened this evening. Nothing in the news yet that I have found.

Aiyoh. I hope the driver and passengers are alright. Our MRT don't have a good safety record. Better to avoid road where heavy MRT work is going on for our own safety. Sell the car.

This particular incident happened near Pusat Bandar Damansara. Driver escaped death.

This driver not so lucky. I heard died on the spot. Happened today in Subang Jaya.

Nope. Both driver and passenger escaped death with some injury. Saw the photos, and its in the news already.

On Tuesday I actually was driving on the road where the accident happened in Pusat Bandar Damansara. It must have been after the accident although I did not see the car. Very scary as I use that road daily.

I've always been nervous driving along side the construction route. These two accidents and those few others that happened before really shows that the companies and government are ignoring the safety and risks to the public.

I wonder how many more incidents like this need to take place before actions being taken. Stop work order should be imposed immediately to make the contractor take safety measures seriously and not endangering public life.

MRT corp should really look into this. Security aspect and also for the road users. the road is bad when they r doing the MRT and also now alot of accident due to MRT

Two MRT construction accidents in 1 week... Seriously our government must do something about it. It is rediculous.
