Mini Mk2 come with Efficient Dynamics?

Am curious whether the Mk2s we are getting here come equipped with ED, as according to Wikipedia, all 2008 models have it. My friend is seriously considering the One, may be choosing between a 2007 pre-reg and a 2008 new unit, so this could be the deciding factor.Thanks.

As far as i know the ED features will not be available in Malaysia. The biggest problem is out climate which is not suitable for the ED features.
