Sorry to hear about your problems. I send my car to AB Glenmarie too. But I have friend who is the supervisor in there. He tries to help how ever he can but still some of the problems that I had sent in to be fixed is not fixed well. It is minor stuff like noise from the driver seat due to suspect loose seat railing, driver door step panel creaking after they had changed the rubber lining, power window that won't close all the way, radio station muting by itself, bluetooth disengages in mid conversation, etc. I now have to find time to go back there again to get it fixed. It is the to and fro that pisses me off. Well, I can only conclude that a company is only as good as the people working there. You'll find monkeys and also leaders. I'm sure somewhere in BMW and AB there are some good staff that we can talk to who can take charge of issues and truely treat us as customers and not just another pain in the ass complainer. If that's what they think we are, then I guess that's what we will be until we get what we want. We have invested a substantial $$ into a new BMW and should be treated like a customer. Other than those minor stuff, my 525i has been a dream to drive for the last 1 year. Until today I am still very in love with my ride. It gives me great pleasure just to see another e60 on the road and thinking that's what my ride looks like from outside...damn good looking ride!! :yahoo:
