They don't bother to call you back even we called and left message. I called them last two days to find out abt my car's conditions and they don't even have the courtesy to call back to update. I only managed to get them this morning. That also I've to call them again.  Excuse given was they called my number and different person picked up. What a rubbish excuse !!!  :angry:  :angry: Finally they said BMW already approved to change my whole gearbox! I'm not sure what's cooking but I hope later on no other parts gonna give me problem.
