Mercedes CLS500

His, I just saw this new generation Mercedes CSL500, it looks pretty cool and sleek to me, just have to take a few snaps and show it to you guys here. Anyone know how much they cost?

seen a couple around bangsar...its the CLS...lovely...but it cost around RM780K here...

i got blown away by a 600Sel, and then later got to take it for a drive.

saw a magnificient and super sexy Merc SEC600 (i wonder if there is ever a SEC600) at Bangsar few weeks back.

mafia black in colour, had a red lining on da bumper (similar to the E30 M3 evo) with a limited Edition badge on the rear boot.

anybody seen it before? i was drooling over it....

Funny, I wasn't aware that the topic name was wrong, should be CLS500, not CSL haha, too much BMW influence i suppose.

RM690k for CSL350, more than RM700k for CSL500 should make sense though.

This car had been shown in Top Gear before and had recieved a fair amount of respect from the neck-choking Jeremy.

I took these pictures at my place here in Australia.

speaking on big Merc coupes, there's this beautiful though stock silver colour CL500 that i spotted a few times in Bangsar.

mayb its just me, but i admire big Merc coupes like SEC and CL.

Hahaha.... Never compare mercedes with BMW.....

i would rather buy a bmw sport at the age of 20, but when u are at the age of elder & elder, u might think to buy one mercedes...


E-class might too low range for them, S-class might too high for them.
CLS came out just to suit those rich people when they are still young..
this is what i know la..

i've drove before CLS 350 only... power comes earlier... not bad, just that the rear part of that car not really like it by everybody....

CL500 looks nice but with the normal V8 engine only...
not really powerful... go and test drive then u'll understand why i say don't compare between each others.... :yahoo:

compare what safety system, accessories such as convenience features have it on a mercedes & BMW... :yahoo:

when comes to mercedez sport car.... go ahead with SL55 AMG... :yahoo:
thats the best car i ever drove compare to S600 V12 twin turbo & CL 55 AMG... :blush:

Just to share la ok? no offence.. everyone have different taste.. haha
perhaps i'll feel much much more better if i have a chance on an M3 CSL... who knows... kekeke

mayb cos we look for different things in cars? i like roadsters as much as big coupes but still only big coupes can satisfy my likings. i mean i love the SL55AMG as much as the CL or SEC class or mayb the Bentley Continental GT, but nothings beats having a big coupe as a match to your ego

probably this would also explain my mysterious fascination for the big 5 series or 7 series compared to a 3 series. I guess mr hartge can testify to this inclination

To my knowledge, the CLS 500 is closer to the RM800K mark. I actually inquired a few months back.

Haha, nice EWww though, but for me, this is what I call futuristic and classy look. That is class, that is what you feel when you drive into a 5-star hotel, and the doors will be opened for you.

when u go into the car & leaving , just a button will close the door for u too... y becoz maybach's door too heavy to push... :cry: :cry:
