Hi buddy,

It is customary to introduce yourself in the Newbie section so that others may get to know you better and/or to assist you on any of your questionaries. Anyway welcome to the forum.

M-Speed (Kenny aka Ah Meng) is experienced and well versed with BMWs service and/or repairs. I have used M-Speed a number of ocassions too. BMWs that are maintained by M-Speed are generally in very good conditions but however you need put aside $$$ for his recommendations to repair and/or replacement of items.

i went to mspeed for the first time to perform a minor task. personally, i felt that he was trying to market me into changing some parts. thankfully, he wasnt being very pushy. immediately, i drove down to my usual workshop for a second opinion, and was told that the parts were good and no such change is necessary.

my take it, if you are not very familiar with cars, do get a second opinion from your trusted mech.

2 bmws maintained here.
price is same as any other bmw specialist.
very helpful in times of need including late nights.
those kids know what they are doing.
the best part is, they are fast to get the job done.

Had my previous E36 and E46 maintained there after warranty and have no issues with their work or prices. Would use them again but my current rides are under BSRI so no need - just yet.

Have been sending my e46 there and am quite happy with Ah Meng and his team. Very knowledgeable and good diagnostic abilities. On the pricing perspective, don't think it is much different from other workshops and sometimes Ah Meng may recommend this and that but he's not pushy.

It's still down to your decision and your call....

Ah Meng practises preventive care maintenance.

If you plan to keep your UDM for a long time, that is an investment.

My ex-e46 was with him from 2006 to 2011. No issue at all, will recommend anytime.

That is correct.....preventive care maintenance will prevent any unforeseen breakdowns.

I have no problem with preventive maintenance at all, but some what I feel the boys are very pushy... again, personal feeling.

Also, my previous visit there, the way they handle the car, they take off the wheel, sakit hati...

No intention to bring them down. Personal prefference.
If they are doing things the right way, they have lots of supporter.
So, nothing to worry.

I have no doubt that Albert can do a proper job but not the helper, my car brokedown twice due to thier carelessness and giving me more headaches after sent my car there to changed vanos seal.
