Yours is a 325i Sports, so the 1st BSRI should be at 10k. Call the service depts of all 3 dealers and check with them. If they all also say the directive was implemented recently, call BMWM and demand to know what the hell is going on.In my case, although AB forgot to set the OBC to 10k when they handed me the car (so it showed the default 25k) I took it to IA at 10k and they honoured the BSRI.BTW, you are at 2k and your run-in is over. I'd strongly recommend that you change the oil and filter now at your own cost...it should be about RM600. In an earlier thread, some wacky guy :wink: said that the factory first fill may be a special foaming run-in oil and I pooh-poohed it as rubbish. But in my subsequent research into oils, I found out that some manufacturers indeed fill a mineral oil as first fill in order to get the engine parts to bed-in faster (through higher friction) You don't want to run around too long with that oil if BMW indeed practises it.
