On the very first day when I visited USJ TF, my locker was opened so professionally that the lock remained intact. My loss, a RM50 note and my phone, emotional loss also as I didn't do back up, so I lost most of the contacts. Complained to the branch manager and wrote an email to the club operations director. Guess what, both of them told me to change to a bigger lock. I was using the very same lock at Pavilion and nothing happened. Nevertheless, they gave me free 3 months usage of the gym, but no compensation can never be enough for loss of contacts.Then it went downhill from there. I got my membership card for USJ TF, 6 months after. Equipments breakdown frequently. Sometimes the air con at the gym and locker room is not switched on. The only good thing is, personal trainer don't coax you into signing up with them.</blockquote>
