I figured the F10 was still too new for the outside worshops and so they probably employ a bit too much trial and error.  The thing is my gearbox is smooth at higher speeds but its cranky in slow crawling speeds like in traffic. Software reset helps for a while then it gets jerky after a few weeks.And no dyno readings available as the opal workshop just ran the car on dyno more so to get a feel of the problem to try to fix it rather than to get any readings off the car. Will dyno after I re-chip the car.
