The juz make you wait until they come back after lunch.</p><p>-Most of the time they will pass the job to new mechanic who know nothing abt bmw car. The senior mech are busy picking and sending customer car or go buying spare part.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>While BMWorks in KL had given full attention service my car from 10am to 5pm...settle 95% of my noise problem</p><p>While Optimum Auto had settle my steering noise problem with a chemical spray and charged me RM20 only, save at least RM280.</p><p> </p><p>I dun want to name the workshop..but any of us here got problem in penang(mainland) try to avoid this workshop ...most my fren visited them giving the same feedback...its one of well known bmw specialist in penang though..</p></blockquote><p></p>
