My last firmware upgrade was the CIP 19.01 (or something like that lah...can't remember liao) to get the auto-lock feature. I specifically asked to upgrade the firmware and told the SA I didn't mind waiting half a day or even the whole day. He looked at me as if I was talking nonsense and told me "takda new version". I recall that even for the CIP 19 version upgrade, I had to write to BMW Malaysia because AB was telling me don't have such a version. I am definitely not going back to AB for servicing unless it's something do with the electronics or major stuff.BTW sorry if I hijacked this thread to bitch and rant...hehehe</blockquote>
