They managed to save the child but the temporary out of breath has cause to brain to suffer from insufficient oxygen, so brain was damaged and the boy is now about 13 years old, couldn't sit, couldn't walk, couldn't talk and can't even eat or drink. Foods need to be injected through a valve on his stomach. SAD!!!!The mother was under so much stress and it will not end! How much to claim?</blockquote>
