Nowadays most speed trap detectors are using laser which are harder to detect as they are spot on spot off, meaning they are on when about to scan your car with the laser pointed to the car. Sometimes when this happens, you are not able to slow down quickly to speed limit, hence the booking. Radars are much easier to detect as they are like torchlights with their beams 'on' constantly which makes it easier to be detected by the detectors.Also it has GPS chip, which allows me to mark location which is known for speed trap, so the next time i comes back to the same highway it will warn me within 1 mile radius.</blockquote>
