We have covered about 3000kms so far, and are into our 10th day of the trip. We are all hopefull that the Songkran will be over by tomorrow, the day we plan to leave Chiangmai. Our original plan was to ride to Chiangrai, but we decided that Chiangrai is just another big Thai City, so we chose instead to hug the North Western Border of Thailand and ride through Mae Salong to Mae Sai, before stopping at Chiang Khong for the night. More to come.[/b] [/QUOTE]
