The standard E60 exhaust is quiet compared to the older models. My brother oso had an E39 528i with AC Schnitzer rear muffler and that is louder than this Jetex.My wife only realised that the exhaust was different 5 days after installation, hehe, when she drove uphill and noticed that the car had a bit more oooomph, then she also noticed the sound a bit bassier in the Ikea carpark, hehe...</blockquote>
