Jap Spec E60 - do's and don't

I prefer the Garmin Navigation over the BMW Navi. This is a matter of preference. 5) The BMW phone does not work as per my understanding. It is only for Japanese phone. Unless you have bluetooth this is forgone conclusion. 6) Under no circumstances that you try to put in a 3rd party system to the i-Drive like those Korean interface that connects to the i-Drive screen, splice the wire to connect amplifier and etc... After much research and horror stories from workshop go down ori path or get the ACM Module. That is the safest bet. Also please connect direct to the battery and not splice any cable. Perhaps our people are not ready to handle such complex systems. uk spec or jap spec? well at the end of the day it depends on what you want. if you find a good condition uk spec go for it. it is definitely more complete and compatible with malaysia. some of the nice to have features that i have been researching (original) Logic 7 - retrofit kit costs a bombDynamic Drive - has anybody added this?</p></blockquote><p></p>
