How do I put it? Ok, what happens at Auto Bavaria? You get taken in by the sales person's attentiveness, put up your hard earned dosh and when comes time to service, discover AB's aftersales is just not what you would expect. As someone puts it, it's a freaking nightmare and brings new meaning to the word "thuggery". Out of desperation, you turn to your sales person who promised the sky and stars before you signed on only to discover he or she's just not the same person. This is the reputation they built for treating customers like scum. Have they changed? I dunno. Gave up on them a long time ago. I have had a relatively good experience witn Ingress. Got an F10 and F30 from them despite 5 cars from AB before Ingress existed. I would be inclined to give Wearnes a chance coz the Dealer Principal, Jimmy, was formerly from Ingress and he made Ingress as good as it is today. So, I expect Wearnes to be up to the mark and maybe even better coz you know lah, new dealerships tend to go the extra mile in building customers.
