If it is why is there a need to recruit in-experience instructors to perform a driving course to the public? I know driving skills can be taught but it got to be mastered and in a short time frame of a couple of months how is the instructor competent enough? I don't know how i can put my words better but its like, a good footballer is not necessary a good coach and like wise, a good coach is not necessary a good footballer. I'm not trying flame or anything but it makes me wonder why recruit this way as there are indeed many competent professional driving and defensive driving instructors in malaysia which i'm sure could have offered their services to BMW MAlaysia to provide a better training back to the public. I know of a few good instructors as i've been to some defensive driving courses and advanced driving course locally. I'm sure these instructors are defenitely not aware of this recruit. Just my 2cents only..</blockquote>
