Hmmm.. where do I begin? 1) Sales person not able to clearly explain about some of the features of the car. 2) When asked about stock for specific colour choice in stock, sales person said SHE would check. 2 hours later she said no stock, lead time 5 months. 3) When questioned further, she said she would check system (which means that she hasn't!) and come back by Monday, never did. 4) Previous experience of buying and servicing Mini over there was horrible! 5) Rigid, no discounts at all. After waiting for a couple of days, I decided to check around instead. Why didn't I try Quill you might ask? =================== They were actually my 2nd choice as there workshop was near my place. Rang up, was told no stock and have to wait for 5 months. Salesperson just told me that he has no access to the stock in the system. They were not my 1st choice simply because when we still had a MiTo, I ran into one of the Quill senior management there and he promptly told me "Come by our showroom when you can afford a BMW" in exact words. That came to mind the 1st thing when I thought of Quill. Finally called Ingress, they're my last choice because of their location. The fellow on the phone was very polite and bothered checking on the system and confirmed that he had the right colour unit coming in a weeks time. He bothered checking with all the other sales persons to confirm that it was an unbooked car as well. From there on it was smooth and pretty much went without a hitch.
