Hi guys,I am new here, and looking forward to get a 523i very soon... maybe next month...Which car dealer gives a better service overall ? which one can give good discount, extra stuff ?Ingress Auto or Sapura Auto or AB bukit bintang or AB glemarie ?Thanks

I've done my survey for almost 4 month for some good deal & price ... none can beat the price I've got from Ingress .....at least that is for me....but not to sure about after sales service

Took my boss to Sapura when he was looking for an E60. Horrible service and the SA had very poor product knowledge, didn't even offer a testdrive, claimed there was no demo unit (WTF?). Popped over to BB which was nearby and it was a world of difference. The guy who attended to us really knew his stuff and we got 2 demo's from him, one that day & another on the weekend.

Price wise was the same but AB offered a better trade in price and the number cost was cheaper too. The delivery time commited (and met) was also faster, 1 week vs 2 weeks plus from Sapura. Gotta say i was pleasantly surprised with our experience with BB, they really corrected all the misconceptions we had about AB.

To me, good after sales service means how well they react during a crisis situation. Not during normal day-to-day affairs. For example, when a car is considered to be a lemon how fast they give you a replacement car? In general, all car dealers here in Malaysia sucks. Once you sign the paper you are on your own.

I would second that!!! Took a couple of my mates to IA over the other weekend. They were very impressed at the services and hospitality rendered. Kudos at the folks at Ingress. I would surely recommend them...

At BB, the branch manager is passionate and doing a pretty good job. HE is friendly and accomodating. Nice to hear some compliments for him. Will let him know.

I would advise you to go to Ingress Auto first. Customer service, customer satisfaction...just ask them about the awards / recognitions they received.., Seeing is believing, feeling yourself is satisfying..

BTW, I m an Ingress' staff and i dont talk nonsense!

my advice is to avoid them at all costs! i'll post the details later. i got horrible service and i think i got ripped off too. i'm going back to service my car at AB. Ingress would have been great, but it's just too far from my office...
