I'm also quite certain that the majority of E36 owners in this forum have their cars taken care of by "Specialists", me included.   But of course, not all "Specialists" are made equal, same goes for AB service centres i'm sure. btw, Correct me if i misinterpreted what you posted.</blockquote>
