You don't have to go thru the government to work in BMW Malaysia. 1stly, you'd need to get a job with a locally incorporated company & they'll arrange for the necessary stuff on your behalf. If you want to work in BMW, you need to contact someone who is working for their authorized dealers in Malaysia.
