I'd say the Petrol owner station is either very stingy or over confident that he won't get robbed. If this is his usual routine taking cash from the petrol station to the bank that he has himself only to be blamed. The right thing to do is to employ an armoured security vehicle to collect the daily's or weekly's taking to the bank for deposits. He's lucky that he is unharmed.
