I used to do this but has been on the employer side all the way thru. Again my advise ... stay calm and be professional. I've seen a lot of cases that the staff lost bcoz they just cannot control their temper especially when the Management came out with all the funny/weird accusation/statement/proof. They shouted, bang the table, warn the Managers, blackmail and even challenge the employer side to step out for a fight. They ended up with more problems. And of course by that time, not a single soul in the office will pity him. And the impression will be "No wonder he got into all these problems".</p></blockquote><p></p>
