The workshop owner still had the ball to tell me that his software was the latest... felt like killing someone!Now that I know that I'd been conned... I was so effing pissed off that I called the audioshop owner and voiced out my dissatisfaction. Surprisingly, he was shocked to know the truth too... he claimed that he didn't know anything about the actual pricing, as he is not specialised in BMW stuff except for In-Car Entertainment. After making a few calls to other BMW specialists, he admitted that I'd been overcharged... as even Auto Bavaria charged approx 1000 for the progman (including tax!). He had some arguments with the guy and promised to refund me the amount in full without extra charge. Anyway, for you guys...
