How to differentiate E30

guys, i notice that you guys been talking bout E30 M20, M40, M50 and etchow do you differentiate that?I'm thinking of buying a E30, what's the estimated price for one..besides, i notice that there are some with leather seat and leather trimboard and some only with cloth..about the headlamp, does all the model comes with projector or juz reflector?pls advice..tqcheers

In the E30, here are the variations : 318i (M4B18) engine; 320 (M20B20); 323 (m20B23); 325 (M20B25).

E30 uses M10, m20, M40 and M42
M50 is not part of the engine range for E30

Prices depending on the year of make as the E30 started production in 82 right till 91... Get the facelifted E30 from 89 onwards, those are about RM20k or less.

about the headlamp, does all the model comes with projector or juz reflector?

Really early model E30 has non-projector head lamp. Not sure at which year the projector lamps became a standard feature but all the facelifted E30 has projector lense.
