How is Mpower workshop?

Hi,anyone here has been to this workshop in Tmn Mayang,PJ? Any experiences? Good or bad? I was introduced to this place by the former owner of my ride.

the w/shop is good but a bit expensive in terms of labour and parts.To get 2nd opinion related car problems ok.

Well, I have been sending my car to them since last year, and I must say, that those guys have been taking good care of my wheels. Any complaints after their work done, ( very rare) it will be done at no cost. Yes the prices are a little high, but then i would say that thats hard to pin down as I got work done by them which is even cheaper when compared to other workshops.

Just for your information Nathan has 16 years experience in this field and he and 2 of his mechanics also drive e34s! You must check out Nathan's e34!

By the way, I just changed my seats to black leather electric seats, side panels, console, dashboard, and wooden trimmings. All for RM2K!

End of the day, its your own personal relationship with your mechanic. Everybody would have good and bad experience on their own. So its up to you to judge, send your car in for a small job or go and have a chat with any mechanic of your choice. The last owner of your car used to send his car there, and he has recommended you to MPower too. They would have all the service records in their system, I would say, go and try them out.

Several years ago i had a growling sound come out from my engine bay, and since my office was at mayang plaza i decided to give them a try. They looked, tested, prodded, analyzed and did all sorts of things before coming to the conclusion that my big and small end bearings were worn out and had to be replaced.

I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out my aircond compressor was the culprit.

Never went back there again.

Just to change my sub-frame bushes it took their "mech" 45 mins to assemble the extractor! Then they charged me RM60, just to check the condition of my spark plugs. Nuts! I'll never go back to MPower!

i pratice this everytime..

before your car can come down, you yourself do a inspection to make sure that all's is done well.. then i have a piece of mind.. note, i travel above 180km/h on the highways.. so i have to be sure that all is done well..

be with your favourite mech or a normal mechanic..dun trust them.. do it yourself..

Bro, u know how hands on I am wif my rides...But, with work n family commitments lately, I'm 2 finding it hard 2 b there all the way wif my cars in da workshop...

Dis particular time, I even mentioned to Mr.Nutton 2 put the boys 2 inspect every screws n bolts 2 or 3 times b4 I collect it. I even told him I'll pay RM20 or RM30 xtra 4 them 2 do their job properly coz I was collecting da car on 22/12/07, n even told him not 2 fuc$up coz I'm taking my wife, my 2yr old son, my newborn gal n my maid 2 Malacca on 24/12/07 4 Christmas in dis car.

N yet dis wat happens...

A lot of fuc$ups were done by dis Mpowder over the 9 yrs I've been there...but its
always been ' Who is perfect in dis world' ?

Now however, enough is enough coz they cant even follow a simple instruction which was just reinspect all da works done...when I even personally told Mr.Nutton, his chief mechanic n da boys 2...

Fr wat I see, dis place has lost da passion to do dis cars...Mr.Nutton has made 2 much of money oredi ( out of con jobs )
