Overall BMW is different kind of machine compare to other makes.Having tested the 320d, VW Gti & Audi A4 B8 on highway doesn't makes me excited as in line six as to date is still legendery BMW engine. 320d has more advantage being 50 50 weight distribution. Yup turbocharged car has more torque especially at low end rpm. Fun drive in city and low to mid speed due the acceleration. But I prefer high displacement engine car on high speed and highway cruising. I believe diesel engine is more durable but will cost more in repairs and parts. Almost bought the 530d but after checking the parts in SG, decided to go for petrol engine.</blockquote>
