Anyone come across this issue,
I had google up and I don't find this problem only happen to me.
But all of the forum I read through did not reveal that did how they solve the issue.

I have no idea it is my AC or cause of raining.

After hard time I dry it up yesterday night, today woke up and it get soak wet again after I drove within 10kms

It happens to my E90 325

Need you guys advise on this, I having headache on this :motz:

Was it raining when you drove your car for 10km? If not then it must be the Aircon water. Send your car to the Aircon shop to have it checked. Most likely due to damage or dislodged drain pipe. The water behind the driver seat is likely due to seeping through from the front driver side.

So I go to check aircond first ?
but I suspect more on the rain.
I did not drive while raining, I park my car infront my house no shelter.
The raining it is yesterday mid-night

Where is the drain pipe ?
Where is the water come from?
So confused :smokin:

Bro...wet got two reasons only:
1. aircond water
2. rain water

But got another water that make wet but kenot say here coz that wan XXX rated.... :68:

To eliminate and find cause....dry up the front and rear back driver seat?Wait a minute...Your seats are wet? Not the carpet?Oh wait a minute.RH side front and rear carpet wet.OK....Dry it up first then drive with aircond but no rain.If wet again...confirm aircond water lah.

Seat no wet only carpet.

I feel that might be rain water but whr the rain water come from
this is confusing :O

I dry it up more than 3 times
really tired d lol

I had the same prob wit my e90, this is due to the plastic cover inside the door does not stick properly. Ask ur mech to open your door card n u know wat i mean. After awhile, under hot condituon, the black glue/adhesive become hardern, just change tat will do. Make sure the plastic cover stick properly.

I check mine d and fixed

Is leaking from hood into below open hood button thr
not yet dry now hope it fixed

mine water accumulate at the spare tyre compartment.
the bottom water windscreen was dethatched, got it silicon around the area & problem solved.

I had this issue more than a year ago. Car was in workshop awaiting repair for about 1 1/2 months, apparently some insects was in the aircond drainage pipe and died there. This caused the the drainage to be stucked and leaked out from the center console onto carpets in the front and back.

My workshop just basically got the pipe unclogged and it was fixed.

sorry to dig old thread, am facing this issue, in which there's water on rear left on floorboard, the other sides are ok, any ideas?

Check ur vapor barrier in the door. It might need a reseal. Btw, did u change something anywhere near or at the door recently?

Thanks for replying...

No i did not do anything... i google and search it is a common problem...

Btw would you happen to know place in KV to do this or should i sent to paint shop guys to do this since they should be experience in opening door panel for spraying etc

Thanks

Its pretty much a DIY thing bro. Doorcard can b easily removed. Once off, there wld b a plastic barrier between the card n the door. Inspect the edges to see if its properly secured.

Else, any competent mech or accessories shop can do it.

Good luck bro!
