Salam and Good Evening Everyone...Wish to share with all here, where ever you are just stay there and relax because thae traffic in most places not movingemm thank God the phone and internet is working at least I can share with all my beloved friends plus avoid getting stuck in the traffic.!!! Air pun ada naik as you are getting down from Jalan Samantan heading to Parlimen...And Now the police are around to control the traffic trying to controlWith no where to go for most vehical...Hope the petrol is enough other wise just stop by and relax first..!!!Emm sending this in the car to all of you since the traffic not moving...CheersAlby325i

Stuck at Jalan Sultan Ismail & in front of Pavi for 1.5 hours. Parked at Wisma Cosway and had a good cup of hot coffee before going home...

a small country like singapore amaze me with lotsa greenery and fauna and the flow of rain water is properly managed ....but here in malaysia ..they are abused choped and left unattended ... money spents on those mega projects without considering such climate changes in a tropical country like malaysia...

hope i don't see this ..smart tunnel turning to killer tunnel where everyone is caught in such traffic and the water level rises till it opens the doors ... hope not !!

I think it was only a year ago when many parts of Singapore were flooded badly, including basement carparks causing damage to many cars. There is little you can do when a flash flood occurs. As a tropical country, Malaysia is actually pretty well prepared. And although our drainage system is full of refuse, can still whisk away a decent amount of water. Look for videos of the flash flood in the city centre of Melbourne, Australia and you can see that their drainage system is not prepared for large amounts of water. The water really has nowhere to go.

Also, if you don't know how our SMART tunnel works then you need to watch Discovery Channel's Extreme Engineering or Nat Geo's Megastructures where it was featured. Maybe you will have a newfound respect for how advanced it is.

the climate change is indeed worrying much these days as i know that from the past years ..once after the CNY it's usually a dry spell ..but these days it's the other way around ...

anyway hope not to get caught in the traffic and watching helplessly my car being sucked by the raising water ... went trough it once with a close call ...

That's why always remember to buy water damage insurance!... no one wants to get their cars flooded but every time there's a flood, some cars will be damaged... better to have insurance just in case!

Hello...Batman , yes truly agree my friend and is not so expensive

at all to add for Flood and also for Front Windscreen.

Perhaps all of you can check first what is the cost of the

Windscreen plus labour first before you renew your car insurance.

So that you can choose the right amount.

Trust me is very handy indeed when you need to replace without

having to pay anything.
