Message: <blockquote data-quote="beemerback" data-source="post: 653660" data-attributes="member: 24011">The tribunal is not a place to hear technicalities....in court you can call in experts to justify your case.  Secondly, one have to state the amount of damages you are seeking and the tribunal will not even hear your case.  Thirdly, if the cause was intake of water into the engine due to exposing the vehicle to abnormally high water level then it is clearly void of warranty.  You would have to bring in experts to support that your actions were not deliberate and the vehicle should be able to withstand such anomaly. I would not want to comment further as it may affect your case.  Good luck</blockquote>
