Going for the m5 or ACS looks is totally out of the picture. The car would totally look as if it has identity crisis.So while I was surfing around in the net for suggestions from BMW forums in UK and USA, I found that quite a number of them opt for the 'volvo spoiler trick'. Which they will a buy a volvo 940 front lip from the junkyard, and mount it on their e30/34. Some may mount it right-side up or upside down (which i prefer the latter).And this is not just strictly for BMWs, but other makes as well.
