You can give it a try first and may get lucky without the need for capacitor. The programming relies on model as well. As some models only come with bixenon option, enabling this on bixenon-only model would cause your high beam to not work as there will be new wire need to be routed from LCM to activate the bixenon solenoid. I guess it's okay to reprogram if your model have the xenon-only option (not bixenon). Hope this make sense..</blockquote>
