It is a MAF intake screen called Air Gizmo. Currently only available for E46 M3. Hope they will be available for other model in the near future. It is dyno proven gains ranging  from 4 to 7hp have been reported, along with a noticeable gain in driveability.I'm very exciting to bring it for a spin.
