Goodyear Asymmetric 2 and Directional 5 Launch Event

LOL! :1:</p><p></p><p>First of all, a big thank you to the existence of BMW club because this event only open for online community's participation, be it forum or FB page. Of course, a result of much persuasion and influence from QuickSave Auto Boutique, Subang USJ as a Goodyear dealer with the tyre maker to make this possible.</p><p></p><p>40 pax was offered to QuickSave few days before the event to bring in 10 groups of car owners from the online community representing the different car brands. The official press conference launch for both the Asymmetric 2 and Directional 5 was the night before at a local F&B location with no actual track test for the products. The week before, the local dealers were flown to Hua Hin for the actual track experience. Since only 4 spots allocated to us, I was thinking best just let the committee go and enjoy themselves as a reward for their hardwork running the office for the club. 4 names were given to me and after seeing how much fun the dealers had in Hua Hin, I managed to get QuickSave to get us 2 more spots, which 1 grab immediately and got DigitalPunk to come along.</p><p></p><p>These are my experience, photos and videos taken in the event, enjoy!</p><p></p><p>1. Breakfast</p><p>We met up at a mamak in USJ opposite Summit, behind the Shell station at 7:15am. I'm glad all are prompt, QuickSave boss Leon was there too and he foot the bill for the breakfast of various rotis and teh tarik. :top:</p><p></p><p>After the short breakfast, we left at 7:30am, heading to Proton factory along the Kesas highway.</p><p></p><p>2. More suitable for hardcore performance use. I will seriously consider this in my next change! </p><p></p><p>D5 is very quiet, comfy, very good in braking, similar price as A2.
