Had ur no. 1 issue, where water seeped into the cabin from the rear door. I actually went to another workshop earlier, but was told that my door trim was the cause. Burnt rm750 iirc for a new replacement. but rain still seeped in, only then went to Optimum in Kayu Ara for a second opinion. Found out that the door was not aligned properly, probably caused by the door slammed into something hard when closing it, making it ajar. The workshop simply 'bent/pulled' the door inwards to solve the issue. Guess at times the solution for the issues are thru experience, a little bit brute force, rather than technical. Item 2 guess its the alignment of the door catcher (the thing that holds/latch on to the door when u close it). Door rubber seals u can DIY. can buy the item at BA.
