It is raised by your boss and/or the Board of Directors. I doubt they are listening to the PM when he calls for a raise in salary.When items like fuel, which is a cost item for each and every business, goes up, the first reaction is to look for ways to cover the cost. Because let's face it, if he doesn't maintain the profit margin for the company, then he's soon going to join the unemployment line.So I doubt the first thing he's going to do is say, "Since fuel price has increased, I'll increase your pay."Salut</blockquote>
