how is it goin bro tenno??? mine are ok for few days.. now it happens again.. sending for refurbish.. or might changed for 2nd gbox.. how bout u??? bro.. pm me ur ctc number.. perhaps we can discuss and maybe u can helps me find a gb with bargain price....
Hi chetz, mine still in progress. Parts expected to arrive tomorow and it would take at least 2 days to reassamble it. Maybe by friday my car will be on the road. Cant even wait. In your case, after you did oil change plus filter and gasket, it will ok for short period only. But then it will happen again and again. This happen to me as i did mention in previous page. You know why? It because you just refresh the gearbox that is already not good. New oil cant event stay longer as good as new oil. That oil become dirt so fast(caused by debris produced inside GB) thus effecting your GB performance. Where the debris come from? Absolutely worn out parts. If you keep changing ATF and drag the car everywhere, that worn parts keep wear and wear unnoticed. That what was happened to me. I think your mech advise to change the clutch plate may right since your scenario doesnt show any faulty on aux pump. If pump fail, your gear wont move though you change ATF. As mine, due to delay in action had cause me more- other part affected and broken bcoz being pushed along the way to workshop. it is no harm to open up your GB to locate the faulty area. Then you can make decision to change damage parts or to replace other GB. As mine, my mech doesnt charge me on opening the GB until i make decisin weather to change GB or parts only? Then labor will different. Ok. to cut short the story, i'll PM my no.
