Nop. Car still stationary even brake is released. I've notice that is gearbox problem since the indicator appears on panel. FYI im using Castrol TQM st recommended by mechanic who did most UDM before and the price much more expensive thanTQD III..its around RM130/4liter. And now i notice that oil does not meet the requirement. Aiyaa..experience foreman pun susah mau percaya sekarang.
If your car remain stationary when you are in "D" and brake is release, then you do have a problem. Possible cause:- 1. GB Low ATF level. 2. GB Choke Filter. 3. Main Aux Pump for ATF is faulty. 4. Solenoid is faulty. 5. Clutch plate is worn out. 6. Wrong ATF used? Get it check ASAP by workshop who have a diagnostic tool. I have the same problem of copper seal broke at the aux pump and all the ATF leak out. Car cannot moved when in "D" and brake release. Car manage dto move when rev higher. Was told we should NOT drive the car when there is no ATF coz will wear off the cluth plate. When the mech open the sump, there is no oil left. Luckily for me, the ATF was flushing out all the metal part and no filling got into the GB. Chaneg the pump for about 1K plus 400+ for the oil. Total cost part + labour - about 2K. Add 980 for torque converter as the sleeve was also worn out. Did not overhaul the GB which will cost about RM5500 to RM6800.
