But luckily I paid with credit card.So I can make a fraud case mentioning the dealer had manipulated me by showing the car had 88k KM and AB records show that it had done at least 136k KM back in Nov 2009.It will take time but the money will come back. That is my worst case scenario. I think the dealer would understand as nobody in his right mind would buy a car which had done a quarter of a million KMs for that price.
