Smooth, better torque feel and FC was also better.....Though am not sure if this was only due to the vanos seals because I had to change my air-valve and 2 air hoses before going outstation as both the hose cracked and the air-valve not working properly, sometimes when I start the car, white smoke comes out, this was due to the air-valve.Mileage was 60lits for 650km, from KL to penang, then penang traffic then halfway back to KL, refuel in Tapah. Drove from KL to Penang averaging 150kmh and the drive from Penang to Tapah, averaging 120kmh, due to high traffic.After refuel, from Tapah to KL, average 150kmh and mileage was 11lit for 160km.Vanos seals well worth the money spent - BTW, I changed the seals before I changed the airhoses and air valve so I could feel the difference the vanos seals made though it wasn't properly run in yet that time.</blockquote>
