Message: <blockquote data-quote="c-square" data-source="post: 628304" data-attributes="member: 135">Bro nexavibe, The sound from your steering when turning may be caused by a manufacturing defect in the "steering angle sensor".  I do experience some "scrapping noise" whenever I turn my steering wheel (albeit only very subtle).  The service advisor opened up and checked and told me it is the steering angle sensor.  Apparently I was informed that there are quite a few units of F30 that have this problem and the defective parts needs to be brought in directly from Germany, thus might have to bear with the noise for a while.  I'm still waiting for Quill Auto to call me when the relevant parts have arrived.Hope this helps</blockquote>
