Its because if there is a  RECURRING PROBLEM in year 3 (after the 2 year of warranty period has lapsed),  they still have some obligation to repair the recurring problem as long as it was previously recorded  in the service/ repair history record. Make sure they take a note about your complain in the first 2 years, maybe in writing or something.. I think so..</blockquote>
