With VW's DSG, the shifting is slower and hence the smoothness. You could set the DCT to shift slower and it will be like the DSG (The DCT on that 4 door M3 was set to S-6).  Even though VW came out with the dual clutch concept, the new DCT in the M3 shifts up/down faster and it is the first 7 speeder Dual Clutch tranny in the world. :top: Cheers</blockquote>
