E90 Stock Speakers

Dear All,Was just wondering what is the speaker setup in the e90 325i like? All i know is that it has two mini subwoofers (6 inches?) underneath the seats of the driver and passenger.Other than that i'm totally clueless about the brand, setup and etc.Can someone enlighten me?Thanks

Its an 8 speakers LOGIC7. MSport is 10 speakers LOGIC7 system... upon some digging.. and found these..

Also, may i ask Logic7 is under what brand? Harmon kardon?

Its quite hard to find details on the M-sport 325i sound setup..

Me thinks Logic7 is a model of Harman Kardon. I read on Wikipedia about the BMW E60 5-Series and it says "It can be ordered with a full array of options such as .................. and the Harmon Kardon Logic7 stereo system." :top:

Wow! I didn't know the 10 speakers in my 325i M are actualy Logic 7. No wonder they sound so much better than E46 with Harman Kardon!

Where are the location of the two extra speakers in the 325i M Sport? 323i only has 8 if I'm not wrong.

Yeap, me also curious where is the total placement of the 10 speakers?

All i know is the following placements:

a. Two tweeters
b. Two small speakers (front - at the door panel)
c. Two subwoofers underneath the seats
d. Two rear speakers

So in total, i only thought there were 8. I wonder where are the 2 more speakers to make it 10..

Also, im having problems connecting my iphone to the usb port. On my idrive it says that its not recognised. All i did was to plug the usb cable that came with the iphone to the usb connector (well that was what my salesman told me to do).

Anyone can help?

1. Front door mid-bass
2. Front bottom seat sub woofer
3. Rear deck mid-bass
4. Rear deck tweeter

3&4 is mounted close to each other, more like a 2-way and that's your 8 speakers.

For MSport, either their front door has tweeter or rear door mid-bass, forgot which one liao. So that's additional 2.

In our E90, the front door has 2 speakers, above these 2 speakers, I believe there are 2 tweeters, under the seats there are 2 subwoofers, the rear deck have 2 speakers. So, it's that 10 or 8 speakers? I'm confused. :hmmmm:

My 2007 320i front door only has 1 mid-bass speaker. No tweeter.

I think i remember seeing my 325i Msport as having two twetters on the door panel. just beside the window sill..

Still not sure whats the diff in setup between the 320i/323i and 325i Msport..

Perhaps someone can enlighten.
