Please click here for more images of ZF-6HP19 auto gearbox. https://www.google.com.my/search?q=...UHsvhrAem0oGQDg&ved=0CEEQsAQ&biw=1366&bih=499. The 3rd image is the megatronics (valve body) and the 7 pieces of solenoids (yellow, black & blue) are located on the right side of the megatronics.
Just google for more information on ZF-6HP19.

FIRZ67;849468 said:Hi wingzee, both situations are cause by solenoids in the mechatronic module. My first car experience the jerk when upshift, later it went to the downshift issues. Rebuild my mechatronic at Mscope Batu caves and problem solved. But after the rebuild I need to go through 2times of gear adaptive value reset and reprogramming to fine tune the setting.
Herbert;849479 said:Thanks for clarifications. To replace the solenoids, they need to removed the mechatronics module from the auto gearbox as the solenoids are attached to the side of the mechatronics module. I don't think your mechatronics module was ever opened up and rebuilt (overhauled).
