Plus it takes so long just to get approval to fix under warranty (took almost a week to get the top mount changed).I also have a passenger side window that has a mind of it's own whether to go up or down when you press the switch lightly (ie not using the single click). Again this is a problem that has been around for about a year (and after complaining about it twice). Car is back in "hospital" for the next few days (hopefully) to fix this.</blockquote>
