The second picture looks like an exhaust manifold. Due to the severe heat it expose to it will look rusty but you can get it powder coated to prevent the rust look. In most cases the rust on the outer surface will never affect the vehicle in its lifetime. Normally its the internal wear and tear that will prompt you to change the manifold once you suffer a drop in compression
As for picture 1&2 what is it?? the pully?? If you're worried just wipe it clean with WD40. It should keep everything in pristine order.
The pulley can claim warranty, if it rust again, claim again.
The 2nd photo is the exhaust manifold that made of cast iron. If you don't want rust there, have to custom fabricate it with stainless steel. Otherwise, not much think u can do.
